To ensure the best service for everyone, we have a few simple policies in place. These guidelines help us maintain a smooth, welcoming atmosphere and allow us to focus on delivering exceptional hair care and styling.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel. Due to the nature of the appointment times we ask for a minimum of 72 hours' notice for any cancellations to allow us to offer the time to other clients. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee. We cannot guarantee available openings in the event of a reschedule and you may be subject to a waitlist

Late Arrival Policy

If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may affect the length of your appointment or result in rescheduling to avoid impacting other clients. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you without compromising the quality of service.

Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. However, if you are dissatisfied with the outcome, please reach out to us within 7 days. We will work with you to adjustments to better meet your expectations.

Children & Guest Policy

To maintain a relaxing environment, we do not permit any children in the salon. Additional guests are also required to wait in the reception area to avoid overcrowding in the studio space.

RETAINER/DEPOSIT POLICY

All retainer/deposits are non-refundable. The money paid is directly used to purchase the hair and do the customization of your extensions. Once the hair is ordered it is reserved and customized specifically for you.

MAINTENANCE/RESPONSIBILITY POLICY

Clients are responsible for following provided home care instructions and booking timely maintenance appointments as recommended by the stylist to maintain the health of both their natural hair and extensions. Heritage Salon is not responsible for damage caused by neglect, misuse or failure to follow care guidelines. 

PRICING POLICY

All prices listed are starting prices and not final. Your final investment varies based on hair length, amount needed and the level of customization that is needed.

PRODUCT/HAIR WARRANTY

Our hair is carefully sourced and inspected. When a client follows the proper after care including our recommended products the hair should last 6-12+ months. We cannot guarantee longevity if the at home care is not followed and outside products are used.
